Leather Skiving Machine, To Use ,Easy Steps

• • Secure the Base: Bolt the machine firmly to a workbench using the pre-drilled holes in the base.
  • Install the Blade: Use one of the provided hex keys to loosen the top plate and insert a standard double-sided razor blade or a three-hole industrial blade.
  • Select a Roller: Choose a roller that matches the width of your leather strip (smaller rollers for thin lace, larger for straps) and install it into the bottom housing.
  • Adjust Thickness: Turn the adjustment screw at the bottom to raise or lower the roller, which determines how much material is removed.

• Feed and Pull: Insert the leather between the blade and the roller. Hold the leather flat and pull it toward you in one steady motion.
• Maintenance: Keep the rollers clean and replace the blade frequently to ensure a smooth, effortless cut without tearing the leather.
